SHIPPING CHARGES
The cost of shipping is based on the size and the destination of your order. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the cost of shipping for you at checkout.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF US AND CANADA
Please contact us at info@generationbaby.ca for shipping fees on international orders. Your order is shipped from Toronto, Canada.
RETURNS
We will gladly refund any purchase. Simply contact us by email at info@generationbaby.ca within 7 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for refund. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Ensure that the item is shipped back to us in a manner that can be tracked, and upon receiving it at our warehouse, a refund will be processed, subject to the following;
- Must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of RA number issue date
- Must be unused, in original packaging and tags
- Must be shipped prepaid, at your cost
- Shipping costs (both ways) will be refunded only if we shipped you the wrong or defected product
- Any customs duties and border taxes will not be refunded regardless of reason
- If your package and product is damaged in-transit, please advise us immediately so we can process an insurance claim with the delivery company. A replacement item will be sent to you but please do not dispose of the damaged piece until advised.
COLOUR
Because it is impossible to reproduce the exact colour of an item on a computer screen, expect that there may be a slight variation in the colour of the actual item. We cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will exactly match the colour you see on your computer screen.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
If the package is refused or marked “return to sender,” because the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the shipping costs will have to be paid again prior to resending the product. We will not ship to P.O. boxes.
TAXES - Canadian Orders:
Goods and Services Tax (GST) - All provinces are subject to 5% GST charge (except ON, NFLD, NB, NS)
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) - ON, NFLD, NS, NB orders are subject to 13% HST (combined GST and PST)
TAXES - Orders outside of Canada:
No Federal (GST) or Provincial (PST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The buyer is responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their order.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
We will make every attempt to ship your product within 5 business days of receiving your paid order. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately.
Canadian Orders usually arrive within 3 -12 business days, depending upon location. Whenever possible, we ship Express Post via Canada Post allowing you to track your package. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
US orders will take approximately 5 -15 business days to arrive but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Whenever possible, we ship via Canada Post to the United States which provides a tracking number.
***Note that Generation Baby Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or by the post office.
PAYMENTS
We are currently processing payments through Paypal which uses a secure payment gateway to process credit card payments. Payments can also be made through a Paypal account.
PRIVACY POLICY
Generation Baby is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. Your information is safe with us. All of your information, including email addresses, phone numbers and personal data are treated with care. We do not sell or share our customer list with any outside party. Note that your credit card information is provided to Paypal and we do not have access to this data.
